What conditions must be met to apply for a Type E work permit?
To apply for a Type E work permit, the following conditions must be met together. First, the foreigner must be employed by an enterprise that is based outside an EU, EEA or Swiss member state. Second, the enterprise must not have a branch, plant or other form of organized activity on the territory of Poland. A completed Type E work permit application form;
A statement regarding the employer’s criminal record;
A copy of the saved pages of the foreigner’s passport;
The application should be supported by a copy of the foreigner’s passport, confirming his identity and personal information;
A contract between the employer and the foreigner;
The application should be accompanied by a contract under which the foreigner will work in Poland. The contract should specify the terms of employment, remuneration and the purpose of the assignment;
Original power of attorney for the person authorized to represent the foreign employer in Poland;
