Type B work permit
A Type B work permit is a special document that allows a foreigner to be legally employed in Poland as a member of the board of directors of a legal entity that is registered in the register of entrepreneurs or a capital company in organization. In addition, this permit also applies to matters related to a limited partnership or limited joint-stock partnership, where the foreigner serves as a general partner. If a foreigner is granted a power of attorney for a period exceeding a total of six months in any consecutive 12-month period, he or she may also use a B permit.
