We understand that foreigners who do not speak Polish may encounter difficulties during health and safety training. Therefore, we offer to conduct the training with translation into the language spoken by the employee (Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English). In addition, the training documents are bilingual to make sure that the employee understood the signed content of the documents.

We have our own training room, which we can make available for the duration of the training. This is a convenient solution that allows you to conduct training at a convenient place and time. Our classrooms are fully equipped and customized for health and safety training. We provide comprehensive health and safety training that is tailored to the needs of employees, regardless of their background or the language they speak.

Every how many years, health and safety training for employees?

According to the law, health and safety training for employees is carried out at specific intervals that depend on the type of job and the type of training.

Initial training: is conducted for each new employee before starting work. It deals with the basic principles of occupational health and safety.
Job training: is conducted after the initial training and deals with specific issues related to the job.
Periodic training: is conducted from time to time to update employees’ knowledge of occupational health and safety. The frequency of periodic training depends on the type of job. For employees in administrative and office positions, this training is conducted every 5 years, for employees in other positions every 3 years, and for employees in positions of a special nature every 2 years.

It is important that training is documented and carried out in accordance with current regulations, as the employer is obliged to implement it and may face consequences for neglecting it.
