We will explain what changes have been introduced by the Law on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine in the regulations effective from 2022.

– You will become familiar with the current legal regulations, changes from 2023 on the legalization of employment of foreigners.
– You will become familiar with the procedures for obtaining a Statement of Entrustment of Work and a Permit.
– You will become familiar with issues related to the employment of citizens of Ukraine after 24.02.2022.
Purpose of the training
The main objective of the training will be to familiarize you with the aspects of employment and legalization of stay of foreigners on the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as to gain knowledge on the subject of posting employees outside Poland. At the training you will be able to learn practical skills in the preparation of documents in terms of control of the legality of employment by the Border Guard.
